Hotel Concessions:

· If you are arriving in Montreal by plane, there is a free shuttle from Door 8 on the 2nd floor of the airport to the Sheraton Montreal Airport Hotel every 30 minutes. Pick-up is at 15 minutes past the hour and 15 minutes before the hour. The shuttle is an all-white minibus with the Sheraton Montreal Airport logo.

· For guests who chose to rent a car, parking will be available at the hotel for a discounted rate of 15$/day.

· Discounted room rate available 2 days preceding event for guests interested in arriving in Montreal early.

· Dinner will be arranged for guests on 13 August.

AUGUST 14

WEDDING AT GURDWARA

Attire:

· Modest. A head covering must be used inside the gurdwara (ie: scarf/dupatta/turban) and shoes must be removed before entering the prayer hall. Head coverings will also be provided at the Gurdwara.

· We ask that women wear pistachio green color and men wear light grey.

6-9 am: Coffee station / bakery in the Atrium of the hotel.

7-8 am: For guests who would like a ride to the gurdwara, a bus will be organized.

9 am: Reception of Baraat and breakfast sevice.

10:30 am: Anand Karaj begins.

12 pm: Lunch service begins at Plaza Volare

1:30 pm: A bus will be available to take guests back to the hotel.

3:30 pm: Check-out from hotel. For guests that would like a ride to Quebec City, a bus will be organized to depart at this time.

~7pm: A pizza dinner will be arranged for guests.

RECEPTION AT FAIRMONT LE CHATEAU FRONTENAC

· Indian or Western

4-5 pm: Guests head to the reception venue. The Fairmont is a 10 min scenic walk from the hotel. A shuttle to the venue will also be available.

5-6 pm: Cocktails in the Vercheres Room.

6 pm-12 am: Reception in the La Sal de Balle (Grand Ballroom).

10:30 pm-12:30 am: A shuttle will be available to take guests back to the Hilton.

12 pm: Hotel check-out time.
